Athlete Assessments' April 2024 Update

Time out in the First Quarter - Where We've Been and What's Ahead for Athlete Assessments

As we settle into April, we wanted to share with you what our team has been up to recently, as well as a sneak peek of what’s ahead for Athlete Assessments in the coming months. Let’s dive in!

WHAT YOU MAY HAVE MISSED

We covered the all-important topic of ‘Preparation, Perform, Recover’ in our February webinar with Founder and 4x Olympian, Bo Hanson; and CEO, Liz Masen, unpacking the critical three-step process. They shared case studies, best practices, and personal anecdotes, while exploring strategies for identifying what effective recovery looks like for optimal performance and the influential role DISC Profiling plays in this process.

Liz and I attended as sponsors of the 2024 COSMA Conference hosted by Troy University in Montgomery, AL; supporting a number of clients presenting workshops, and hosting our own Panel Discussion showcasing our Academic Program in action. This was followed by visits with some of our wonderful clients, including
a trip to Ohio University!

In March, Liz and I were back in the U.S. for the 2024 College Sport Research Institute (CSRI) Conference, hosted by the University of South Carolina. As first-time attendees, we were honored to be a premier sponsor of this year’s conference and have the opportunity to share more about our work in the collegiate sport and academic space, as well as catch up with a number of our fantastic clients throughout the trip.

If you missed catching up with Liz and I at COSMA or CSRI, and would like to learn more about our Academic Program or other offerings, please reach out to me!
