Video Presentation by Bo Hanson, 4x Olympian and Coaching Consultant

The ‘message’ you send and the presence you create is much more than merely what you say. With any interaction, being congruent has enormous power. Communication Mediums (i.e. how we communicate) include body language, your tone of voice, and the words you use. In this video, Bo Hanson explains these mediums we use to communicate and how coaches develop and maintain their Coaching Presence. Find out what your body language communicates when you are presenting to a group of people, and why you need to be aware of this when you are coaching. Ensure you aren’t sending mixed messages with your coaching!
