WHAT YOU MAY HAVE MISSED
We kickstarted the 2023 ‘season’ with our annual team retreat to set our goals for the year, reevaluate our core values to ensure team alignment, invest in each other, and deliver exceptional outcomes for the year ahead.
Notre Dame Softball Head Coach, Deanna Gumpf, and her awarded coaching staff share how their team challenged their understanding of DISC Profiling to go beyond the field and into a good old-fashioned bake-off. Read about the process and see their masterpieces here
Founder, Bo Hanson, and CEO, Liz Masen, reflected on, debated, and discussed what they deemed to be most important and impactful for the year ahead in our first webinar for 2023. The feedback has been unanimously positive with this event (and its recording) resonating with coaches, athletes, academics, consultants, and those on the business side of sport.
Liz returned to the office feeling inspired after presenting at the NFHCA and WRCRA Conferences
After a jam-packed January, Liz shared her highlights from the 2023 National Field Hockey Coaches Association’s Annual Convention and U.S. Women’s Rugby Foundation 2023 WRCRA Conference.
