Video Presentation by Bo Hanson, 4x Olympian and Coaching Consultant

Let’s face it, it isn’t sport if there isn’t some conflict going on somewhere or at some level. It is not so much about it occurring, but more about how we manage it.  Conflict managed well can have exceptionally positive outcomes. In this video Bo Hanson discusses the conflict model and it’s five conflict styles. Which style you are will depend on how focused you are on achieving a task outcome and the degree to which you want to retain the relationship. Find out whether you may be a shark, turtle, fox, owl or teddy bear when it comes to dealing with conflict in sport.
