In a recent episode of the No Show Dogs Podcast, Bo sits down with hosts Derin McMains and Dr. Nicole Detling to discuss the importance of accountability, adaptability, and communication for success in any performance. Reflecting on his experience as a professional athlete, Bo highlights the importance of utilizing non-physical advantages in the modern sporting environment and that ultimately, ‘relationships are a performance factor’. Linking this to how he first came across DISC and developed the world’s first sport-specific DISC Behavioral Profiling tool, Bo draws conclusions to the idea that if certain behaviors aren’t working for you, you can do things differently to get a better outcome. We guarantee you’ll love and value the insights shared in this episode, by don’t just take our word for it!
